How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy! Click "GET STARTED" on our homepage, provide your email, create a password, and verify your mobile number for two-factor authentication. You must be at least 18 years old to use Vijo®.

Is my data secure?

What subscription plans are available?

We offer flexible monthly and annual subscription plans to fit your needs. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time, and your service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Can I share my videos?

Yes! You can share your Vijos with others. When sharing with someone who is not yet a Vijo member, they will receive an SMS notification with a link to access the video or register for free. Please ensure you only share appropriate content in accordance with our Terms of Use.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. If you need assistance with cancellation, please contact our support team at admin@vijo.com or call +1-801-253-8800.

What devices can I use Vijo™ on?

Vijo® works best on iOS Safari browser and Android Chrome browser. You can access our platform from any device with a modern web browser and internet connection. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary equipment and internet access.

What if I forget my password?

No problem! Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions. You'll receive a one-time passcode via SMS or email to reset your password. If you continue to have issues, contact our support team.

Who owns my video content?

You retain full ownership of your videos (Vijos). By using our service, you grant Vijo® a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for platform operations. All other software, features, and branding are the exclusive property of Vijo®.

How do I report inappropriate content?

If you encounter content that violates our Terms of Use, please report it immediately to admin@vijo.com. We take violations seriously and may suspend or terminate accounts that share inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.
